RFQ Details

After we have been let down by a shipping broker we find ourselves under pressure to arrange shipping immediately as a matter of urgency. We are of the understanding that your esteemed company has available a vessel which may be used to load D2 Gasoil from Rotterdam. We would like to make this enquiry in order to charter a vessel of the Suezmax to VCCL class which is able to load maximum of 200, 000 metric tons of D2 High-speed Gasoil or delivery to Port Harcourt in Nigeria and or South Africa. In short we would require full Q88 of the vessel that must be loaded, minimum capacity of 200, 000 MT as soon as possible.

I have also included a synopsis of our company. I do hope we can come to a swift conclusion of this.
We are looking to have six to twelve voyages if the vessel can hold 200K MT, but otherwise we would require more voyages thus more vessels.

The product we are picking up is altogether 1, 2Million MT and can only be picked up in accordance to the shipping and storage availability.

I am not sure how long it takes a ship from Rotterdam to South Africa and back but that will be the frequency of the pick up and drop off.



We are a trading company who has been in the commodities market since 2004.
We have concentrated in petroleum products, cement as well as renewable energy to carbon trading.
We have bought and sold for clients throughout Africa and the Far East.

At this juncture we are looking for a vessel to pick up HSD from our supplier and to drop off to a client.
The product's ultimate owner is a reputable company called Vitol and our client's are NOC and IOC in the Southern African region.

I would like a quotation for a voyage to South Africa and the terms and condition of your business.

1. Charterer name (Remazon UK Ltd)
2. Time Charter or Voyage charter (immediately)
3. Length of contract (spot contract, revolving over a six-twelve month period)
4. Trading area (route of tanker to be sail) ? (Rotterdam port, terminal Vitol and or Vopak)
5. Idea Freight ? (Russian D2 High-Speed gasoil)
6. Payment terms (TT at loading port for first shipment and or revolving credit for remaining)
7. Commodity to transport (D2 High-speed Russian Gasoil)
8. Laycan (ASAP)



We would also consider a multiple of not more than three Vessels instead of the one.
